Corporate Recruiter
As corporate recruiter at PUM, you are part of the HR team, which consists of six colleagues. Together with the HR manager, the recruitment team lead, and a dedicated pool of 4 volunteer recruiters you are responsible for all the recruitment activities. What makes this role so exciting is the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of candidates. The daily interactions in this role are incredibly diverse, offering a unique and enriching experience. This includes working with people from different generations, nationalities, departments and industries, as well engaging with applicants from all over the world (Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and South Amerika).
In this role, you are not just responsible for selecting the best talent; you are also a catalyst for positive change on a global scale! What will a day in the office look like for you as a corporate recruiter? Just to name a few responsibilities:

Combining project-based responsibilities with daily operational recruitment.

Being the first point of contact for all recruitment-related questions.

Pre-selecting, interviewing, and pre-screening of new employees and volunteers.

Together with the recruitment team lead you are responsible for various recruitment projects such as the recruitment strategy, labor market communication, managing the recruitment platform on intranet, and the further implementation of Recruitee.
Who are you?

You have a bachelor’s degree in HR or in another relevant field and at least 1,5 years of proven work experience as a corporate recruiter.

You are a communicative and empathic team player who actively champions diversity and inclusion.

You are experienced in conducting job interviews, and a confident interviewer.

You are hands-on, proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment where you contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

You have knowledge (and love!) for working with SDGs or development cooperation.

You have excellent command of the Dutch and English language.

Preferably, you are available to work on Fridays and for a minimum of 32 hours per week.

You are experienced in working with digital tools, including Recruitee, LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft 365.
What we offer you
We offer a competitive salary around € 3.281,- and € 4.687,- based on 37.5 hours, depending on your experience. We provide numerous perks, including an 8% holiday allowance, a 13th-month bonus, ‘working-from-home’ and commuting allowances, 28 days of holiday, a pension plan, a training budget, a weekly boot camp, and more.
