Zambia

PUM aligns with the Dutch foreign policy, including the list with countries for which subsidies are available. This means that in 2024 we are phasing out our activities in ten countries, including Zambia. This transition phase gives us the opportunity to ensure a proper handover of our work.

In this period we continue establishing collaborations within ecosystems in Zambia. From driving hospitality and tourism initiatives, including capacity building and train-the-trainer workshops, as well as advancing entrepreneurial environments for incubators. Additionally, we continue projects in the dairy and poultry sectors, and the mining industry, which have the potential for scaling up within the value chain.
